TONE (Turning On New Energy) with Christ is a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor led class for all ages and abilities.  Each class begins with exploring scripture and prayer.  We move in worship and joy.  A combination of safe movement including: core, strength, balance, cardio, endurance and more.  Equipment and chairs provided.
