Jeremy Towne, Lead Pastor
Jeremy is married to Raegan, a high school business teacher. They have four children. Their oldest is studying at Purdue University, number two is a senior in high school followed by three and four in middle school. Jeremy is a graduate of Anderson University. He came to Bluff Creek in late 2012 and stepped into his present role in 2020. In his spare time Jeremy enjoys running, reading, woodworking and spending time with his family. He frequents coffee shops, the hardware store and afternoon tea.

Sadie Arney, Associate Pastor
Sadie, her husband Mike, and their two children joined Bluff Creek in 2008. She began working in the office in 2012. In 2018 she became the Children's Pastor and then in 2020 accepted an Associate Pastor position with Bluff Creek. Her roles are to oversee the infant through Jr. High program, women's ministry, and the community garden. She loves to see God's presence in the lives of the students as they grow in their faith and how a community can come together with special events. Sadie enjoys time with her family, making art, raising fainting goats, and finding unique coffee shops.

Brenda Maggard, Worship Ministry Assistant, Office Assistant
Brenda and her husband Anthony have been married 36 years. They have two sons, Anthony and Brett. Brenda has been a member of Bluff Creek for over 20 years. Her favorite color is blue. She loves sunflowers, ice cream and dogs.

Emily Paliero, Business Manager, Office Assistant
Emily has been a member at Bluff Creek for 15 years and has worked in the church office for 4 years. Emily and her husband Omar have 4 children and enjoy running their family-owned business as well as spending time in Mexico. Emily also enjoys volunteering in the children’s ministry as well as at her children’s school.

Heather Lee, Communications Director, Office Assistant
Heather and her husband Daniel have been members of Bluff Creek since 2013. They have one daughter, Ava. Heather is a graduate of Purdue University with a masters degree in psychology. She enjoys serving on the praise team, leadership team, helping with VBS and the Well-Watered Community Garden. In her spare time Heather enjoys working on her hobby farm where she keeps chickens, ducks, honeybees and gardens. She also enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking with her dog and spending time with her family.

Jan Icenogle, Custodian
Jan has been the Bluff Creek Custodian for 28 years. She and her husband Terry moved to Bargersville in October 1993. They have two sons, Evan and Kylie and grandson Bekham of Greenwood and Jon and Candice of Bargersville. Jan enjoys working for the church and helping to provide a clean and comfortable place for friends and family of Johnson County. In her free time Jan enjoys spending time outdoors, family time and crafting.
