Sadie, her husband Mike, and their two children joined Bluff Creek in 2008. She began working in the office in 2012, and in 2018, she became the Children's Pastor. In 2020, she accepted the role of Associate Pastor with Bluff Creek. She oversees the children's ministry and women's ministry. Sadie loves to witness to God's presence in the students' lives as they grow in their faith and how a community can come together through special events. She enjoys spending time with her family, creating art, raising fainting goats, and discovering unique coffee shops.

In 2024, Dalton became part of the Bluff Creek family when he took the role of Associate Pastor, focusing on discipling 6th through 12th graders. He earned his bachelor's degree in youth ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017, where he also met his wife Caroline. Both Dalton and his wife are dedicated to helping the next generation develop a deeper relationship with Jesus and grow to become more like him. In his free time, Dalton enjoys hanging out with his wife and dogs, working out at the gym, drinking lots of coffee, and cheering on his favorite team, the Louisville Cardinals. 

Brenda has been a member of Bluff Creek for over 20 years. Brenda and her husband Anthony have two children. She serves on the worship team, volunteers with VBS, and does stage design. Her favorite color is blue, she loves sunflowers, ice cream, dogs, oceans and sunsets. Brenda enjoys birdwatching, bluebirds and hummingbirds are her favorites.

Emily has been a member at Bluff Creek for more than 15 years and has worked in the church office for six years. Emily and her husband Omar have four children and enjoy running their family-owned business as well as spending time in Mexico. Emily also enjoys volunteering in the children's ministry as well as at her children's school.
