Baptism

Here at Bluff Creek, we believe baptism is the normative means of entry into the life of discipleship to Jesus Christ. As modeled in the New Testament, we baptize people at conversion and practice baptism by immersion. Baptism is an expression of faith, God's ordained response and is associated with Jesus' death, burial and resurrection in the watery grave of baptism. Our baptistry is open and ready every Sunday for those who feel led to receive Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior. If you have questions about baptism or would like to talk with a staff member about baptism, please reach out to us here

Membership

Belonging to Bluff Creek means more than simply attending - it's about encountering something greater. Christians are not meant to journey alone. The Greek word for church, ekklesia, conveys its true essence: an assembly of believers. By God's design, we are called into his loving family, welcoming us into the church - a gospel-centered community of faith. Together, we walk in contentment and faithfulness to Jesus Christ, strengthened through regular gatherings that cultivate spiritual formation, nurture, service, evangelism, and worship. All these practices converge in the shared path of discipleship to Jesus Christ.

Being part of God's church is not only a way to find purpose and fulfillment but also a way to make a lasting impact in the world. At Bluff Creek, you'll discover a diverse community - a mosaic of ages, backgrounds, and nationalities - united in the hope and love found in Jesus Christ.
